There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed , a full bath, kitchen/dining and living room on the main level, master br is upstairs . NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like.

This is our third cabin built by hand. It has a kitchen with a stove, fridge, microwave and coffee pot. It also has basic cooking necessities. The cabin has a full size bed. The restroom has a sink and stand up shower. We will provide towels and linens. We are pet friendly, but request prior knowledge. We are just minutes from 2 separate trailheads to the Appalachian Trail.

2BR The Resting Place on the Watauga River

The Resting Place has two adjoining cabins directly on the Watauga River. Cabin 2 is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom perfect for fly fishing trip or a relaxing getaway.
