Woodcutter's Bush Camp (tented accommodation)

Woodcutter's Bush Camp is situated in a shady secluded spot in the grounds of The Old Trading Post. Surrounded by reed screens the elevated decks provide a perfect outdoor living area. The main tent has 2 single beds and is raised above the living area, looking into the crown of a thorn tree. The second tent is on the same level as the living area and has 2 camping stretcher beds. A decked pathway to a quirky outdoor bathroom lined with reeds. There are basic outdoor cooking facilities .

Named after the green lichen or Old Man’s Beard, which thrives in the pure air of the forest this suite is elevated six meters above the ground. Maximizing the view of the Outeniqua Mountain range and the forest gorge from the bedroom and bathroom. The open-plan kitchen and dining area can be extended onto the outdoor patio via a large opening wall panel, bringing the outside in and the inside out.
