Southbank High Rise Condo Sanctuary with CBD View and Balcony

The whole apartment is yours to enjoy. There are 2 Bedrooms with quality mattresses, bedding and towels for up to 6 people. 1 Queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second. The 2 single beds in the second bedroom can be converted to a king size bed if needed. There is a portable cot on site if needed and blockout blinds in all rooms. The apartment will accommodate 4 guests, however we have a comfortable sofa bed that will accommodate 2 extra guests at an extra $20 per person per night. We love to travel and love helping travelers enjoy their stay in our apartment. If there is anything you need during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us. The apartment has been upgraded with new carpets, furniture, heaters and lighting. There is also access to internet & Netflix at no charge. Have a swim in the Pool, work out in the Gym or try the local night spots. This apartment is on the 24th floor with spectacular views of the bay and city. Just park your car in the provided space and walk to everything Melbourne has to offer. Close to all that Melbourne has to offer. Within walking distance of – City Center 5 min, Sporting venues 15 min, Casino 6 min, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, 12 min Royal Botanic Gardens 5 min, Art gallery 2 min, Main Train station 6 min, Eureka Skydeck 3 min, Trams 3 min, Yarra River 3 min. Close to so much, yet a high rise tranquil oasis in the apartment. Please advise if you have other check in / out requests and we will do our best to accommodate them. The condo is in the heart of the popular Arts Precinct and is close to theatres, live shows, and concerts. It's a short walk to the Southbank Promenade, with a number of great restaurants, bars, and shops to discover. Depending on how many people are traveling the cheapest way to get to the apartment from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport is via the Skybus, this will drop you in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Then there is a free shuttle bus to all the hotels just ask to be dropped off at the Quest Southbank in Kavanagh Street, or it’s around a 15 to 20 minute walk to the apartment. Otherwise a taxi is the best method, it will cost around $60 plus tolls and will deliver you directly to the building. Everything is within easy walking distance but public transport, rental bikes and the Melbourne Hop-on Hop-off buses are close at hand. Melbourne has a free tram zone around the city center only a 4 min walk away. The Free Tram will take you from - Federation Square to Melbourne Aquarium, Etihad Stadium, Melbourne Star Observation Wheel, Victoria Markets, Royal Exhibition Building, Fitzroy Garden and everything in between. The Hop-on Hop-off bus has a stop 2 min walk away and will take you to nearby attractions such as St Kilda beach, Melbourne Zoo, Docklands, Lygon St, Comedy Theater and the Sporting Precinct / MCG just to name a few. Hire bikes are just around the corner and will allow you to have the freedom to go where ever you choose. Melbourne's number 1 Tourist information center is at Federation Square opposite Flinders Street station, however we have a broad selection of tourist brochures available for you in the apartment. The Concierge is on duty everyday from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm. There is Secure access at all times. 24 Hr security service is also on call. Pick up and return laundry service available at the desk (payment applies) (There is a Washing Machine and Dryer in the Apartment) Indoor heated pool, Gym.

At this cozy cabin retreat you are perched amongst the trees at Bonogin, yet minutes from dining and entertainment on the Gold Coast, Australia. Two-bedroom, two-storey and Sleeps 4 comfortably. Nestled on the back of Springbrook National Park, this area offers plenty of relaxing, walking and nature activities. Walking distance to a local eatery/coffee shop/general store and only 12 minutes to Robina Town Centre on the Gold Coast and only about 20 minutes to the glorious beaches. We know you will have a great time if you are looking for charm, privacy, and great views amongst nature! Spend the afternoon exploring nature and the walking trails and then cosy up by the fireplace at night. It's possible to hike to the top of Bally Mountain. With multiple trails, you will be rewarded with panoramic views of the area. This unique two-storey, two-bedroom house is equipped with every possible amenity to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. In addition to the large bedrooms that are all tastefully decorated and fitted with comfortable Queen sized beds, the house includes a bathroom with claw-foot tub/shower, a living room with a piano and fireplace, and an open kitchen – all laid out on two floors. The interior is tastefully furnished, harmoniously marrying the modern with traditional antique and rustic elements, all bathed in an abundance of natural light. The fully-equipped modern kitchen comes with refrigerator, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the utensils and crockery you need to cook your favorite dishes. Bathroom with slate floors and claw-foot bathtub/shower also includes a brand new washer/dryer. The cabin offers an amazingly large deck overlooking the rainforest and the fresh-water creek, and you can barbeque on the deck. NOTE: Limited mobile phone reception. Good reception near shops about 1km away. We are a quiet couple (no children), two males, but do have two dogs, a parrot, and some fish. Very friendly and like to entertain, so we look forward to having you experience the cabin Nestled on the back of Springbrook National Park, this area offers plenty of opportunities for relaxing, walking, and getting close to nature. A coffee shop and general store is within strolling distance, with Robina town centre 12 minutes away. No public transport, so a car is required. In addition, we have plenty of on-street parking in front of the house. Verified ID We require guests to have a Verified ID before they book our listing. Guests without a Verified ID will be guided through the process, which can also be done on Airbnb's iOS and Android apps. To get a Verified ID, you're asked to provide a government-issued ID along with an online profile. A Verified ID also requires a profile picture and verified phone number. NOTE: Limited mobile phone reception. Good reception near shops about 1km away. No Foxtel, but we do have free to air digital television and provide a smart television with DVDs and a soundbar with bluetooth should you wish to cast music/etc from your smartphone.

Step back in time to a hilltop house with views across the city through picture windows. Exposed brick and the extensive use of natural wood maintain a mid-century atmosphere, enhanced by period furnishings and gleaming softwood floors throughout. The House Manual provides information about Jack's, as we call our house. We do not host guests with accompanying pets and smoking on any part of the house and property is not acceptable. If these rules are not to your liking then please do not book. Jack's Place is an original 1960's architect designed house. A master bedroom with direct access to the bathroom (en-suite except it is the only one!). The second bedroom features jarrah flooring and exposed brick wall. The living area features a unique view across the City especially at night. Functional kitchen and laundry, air conditioning and heating. The rental terms are for the whole house but if a couple book then it is expected only one bedroom is used. On booking it is best to clarify if both bedrooms are required. If not we do not make up the second bed. Jack's Place is a free standing brick residence with its own car space. There is a walled courtyard and front lawn area/garden (yet to be fully developed ). Cate and I live behind Jack's Place and both properties share a driveway. Naturally the drive must be kept clear at all time. More than happy to be contacted with any questions relating to Ballarat in general, food, wine and things to do. This 1962 house is in Golden Point, an old area in the City of Ballarat, about 125 kilometers west of Melbourne. These days the architecture of the area varies from 1860s dwellings, California bungalows, and modern high-density residences. Ballarat's main street is Sturt St. It is about a ten minute walk to the town centre and less to major supermarkets. Parking in town is charged via meter all week. On the edge of the central business district parking is free. Parking around the restaurant area of Armstrong St is difficult. My advice is to walk to dinner and Uber home. Local buses are confusing. Only a few minutes away is The Grapes Hotel, friendly and reliable. Ballarat weather can be variable. I have no control over the weather! We are perched about 375 metres above sea level, cold in Winter and hot in Summer. Summer nights tend to cool down. To keep the house warm and you comfortable, draw the blinds and turn on the heating. There are electric panel heater available in the house. Be very aware that they are not suitable for use when young children are part of the guest party. To cool the house, draw the blinds, close all windows and unnecessary doors and set the cooling for 10C below the outside temperature.

Fairlight Maison

Beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything you'd need for a home away from home stay. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds. Separate living room with a cosy fireplace and dinning room for 6 people. A charming study with a small daybed, a desk and printer. Well equipped kitchen good enough for any chefs. Sunny balcony off the master bedroom to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. A plunge pool with sunbed in the rear courtyard garden for soaking up the sun or alfresco entertaining & relaxation. We provide luxurious bedding linen, Egyptian Cotton bath towels, high end bathroom amenities including a hairdryer. Unfortunately we do not provide beach towels and we don't have a BBQ. There is a Nespresso Coffee machine in the kitchen and we provide a few coffee pods to get you started but you will have to purchase the additional pods at our local supermarket, Coles. Instant coffee and a small selection of tea are there for you to use of course. Guests will have access to the entire house by themselves. Guests will have full privacy. The house is conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of the famous Manly Beach precinct, home to a multitude of trendy cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. In addition, there's easy access to outdoor activities, such as bushwalking and surfing. If you don't want to do the 10-20mins walk to Manly, there is a local free bus shuttle (Hop Skip & Jump Bus) that takes you to directly to Manly Beach and Manly ferry. The bus stops right across the street in front of the house and comes around every 30mins. To go into the city there is also a public bus stop just around the corner but we suggest you take the scenic ferry ride across the Harbour into Sydney and you'll be in the heart of Sydney's tourist attractions. If you have a car you can park on the street in front of the house. There is always plenty of parking available. Fairlight La Maison is a terrace house on 3 levels so there are steep narrow stairs which might not be suitable for young children not used to stairs and elderly people. We have a gas fireplace. There is a Nespresso machine but only a sample of pods will be provided to get you started. If you would like use the Nespresso Coffee machine then you will need to buy extra coffee pods at the local supermarket. We don't have a BBQ. You will also need to bring your own beach towels as we do not provide beach towels at the house. We don't own a cat but our neighbours do. Nero is the black cat and Oscar is the grey marble cat. They are super friendly cats and often wander into the house if the doors and windows are left open. If you are allergic to cats we suggest you don't allow them in the house.
