The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. When we say beachfront, we mean right-on-the-dunes, waves-lulling-you-to-sleep, next-stop-sand, absolute beachfront. Check the surf from your own deck, then step out the gate and have your feet in the sand seconds later with a direct path onto the beach. When it's time to relax, there's a pool and plenty of comfy places to kick back with a drink. And of course, a fully equipped kitchen and living areas, fun beach vibes and plenty of room for everyone, all just 5 min to Coolum.

The Bruny Boathouse offers sweeping views across the d’Entrecasteaux Channel to Satellite Island and Hartz Mountain. Centrally located in Alonnah, it’s the perfect base for exploring Bruny’s wild beauty. Slow down with sea air and gum trees, gather by the fire pit with marshmallows, or soak under the stars in the outdoor bath. A family-friendly shack with all the comforts, made for island living.

Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.
