The Hobbit House

The Hobbit House is a tiny house (15x11'); Full size bed, futon/couch, outdoor tub, shower, electric fireplace, patio, picnic table, fire ring, and outhouse with composting toilet. The patio overlooks a pond and is part of a 53 acre forested property in the Blue Ridge. WiFi is now included. Glamp in style! The main lodge is just up the driveway if you need to contact the host. The outdoor shower/tub is NOT fully enclosed or private, and may be turned off in a freeze. Nature lovers only!

Hawthorn Skyloft -Glamping getaway on the Parkway

The Hawthorn is your very own private mountain glamping getaway complete with beautiful open air yoga/sleeping lounge up top and a cozy camper down below. Inside you will find everything you need; super comfy queen bed with bamboo sheets, DVD, AC, mini fridge, one burner stove, toaster oven, press pot for coffee and tiny sink with hot water. Our Happy Little Hut

Come and stay in our unique quonset hut just 15 minutes to Boone! This is a half circle metal building turned into a unique tiny home cabin experience. This 400 sq ft space has everything you need including a bedroom, bathroom and upstairs kids loft. The main area has colorful wood details and an accent wall with 100 year old barn wood right from our own farm. The water is straight from a natural spring up our mountain. This space is ideal for couples, and two kids.

Boaz Brook Farm Guest House

Don't worry, we have electricity, running water, and fiber optic WiFi. We feature a two-story, separate guest house in beautiful surroundings with a master suite upstairs including a queen bed, reading corner, TV area, and full bath. The Cottage at Historic Sutherland Manor est. 1807

Helene update: the farm is undamaged and roads leading to it are passable. This farm cottage is located on a historic 40 acre farmstead behind a beautiful farmhouse (which is under renovation) with views of The Peak, Ashe County’s highest mountain. We are bordering Elk Knob State Park and a 10 minute drive to the park entrance. The farm is located in the historic Sutherland valley district and was built in 1807 by Thomas Sutherland.

The Air bee-N-bee is located in the Honey House where honey is processed and bottled. Maybe our hens will have some farm fresh eggs ready to share with you!
