Braeview: Cosy studio farm cottage near St Andrews

We have lovingly converted a 200 year old cartshed into 2 cottages. Braeview Cottage at Braeside Farm is a spacious studio space with a king size bed on the mezzanine floor. Downstairs next to a modern kitchen you have an open area with large french doors to a patio with a great view across the brae. On a farm set in 13 acres and 500 m from the nearest road, you will savour the tranquillity yet it's a 10 to 15 min drive to St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh Airport. A car is required.

Other East Neuk villages and historic St.Andrews easily reached by local buses. Perfect for a couples` romantic getaway, although sofabed allows for two more guests. Fully restored in 2024 and filled to the brim with gorgeous vintage inspired furniture and soft furnishings. Everything you need to make your stay special. The cottage has a new glass balcony with a sea view. Please note: There is 1 shower room with sink and WC, a bath and sink in the master bedroom, and an under stairs loo with hand sink.

This is the cutest cottage in Pittenweem. The cottage is extremely cosy and welcoming. Although having been recently updated with a new bathroom and kitchen along with a remodeled living room the original integrity is maintained. The home provides everything you will need to enjoy your stay (including tea, coffee, salt & pepper, cooking oil, tinfoil etc.). While being a quiet location a short walk of a couple of minutes will see you at the local baker, post office and the harbour.

Anchor Cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom house, sleeping up to 5 adults, which sits in a pretty sun-trapped courtyard in the lovely conservation town of Anstruther, only 2 minutes from the harbour and on the Fife Coastal Path. The property has its own private parking space right outside the front door and is perfect for that romantic weekend or for memorable family getaways, only feet from the harbour with its restaurants, bars and beaches.

The cosy accommodation features off street parking, three spacious shower rooms, small patio area with garden furniture, living, kitchen and dining areas. Luxury Egyptian cotton bedding, towels and robes as well as complementary toiletries. We live next door in the Manse and are on hand to answer any questions about your stay or the area.
