El Pino is Spanish for The Pine, chosen for the property's towering pine trees and because locals commonly refer to the town as "the pine." The back yard backs up to an undeveloped ranch, providing privacy and open spaces- with plenty of deer, fox, javelina, and bird of prey passing through. The Milky Way can be observed from this location. The Ranchito is a quick 25 minute drive from Marfa. Alpine is a great spot to access all points of the Big Bend.
