Down there you'll find beautiful beaches, the popular ones and also remote and intimate ones. It is perfect for those who would like to escape the everyday rush and replace it with the beautiful Mediterranean scenery. You 'll have your own floor with really astonishing view. P.S. Dazu laden wir dich in unser geschmackvoll renoviertes Loft im Dachgeschoss ein. Auf insgesamt 60 qm erwarten dich ein durchdachter Grundriss, moderner Einrichtungsstil, viel Romantik und ein Hauch von Luxus, umrahmt von alten Natursteinmauern. Lehn dich zurück und genieße die Aussicht auf das Meer, die umliegenden Berge und die Altstadtdächer von Varoš.

Eingebettet in ein Naturschutzgebiet befindet sich unser Haus auf einem 1500m² großen Grundstück inmitten von Oliven-, sowie einigen Feigen- und Zitronen-Bäumen. Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Die beiden Apartments sind identisch ausgestattet und liegen nebeneinander mit separaten Eingängen - die Ausstattung ist nachhaltig und hochwertig.

Modern design meets rustic decor in this charming and cozy villa. Located in a quiet area in Duge Njive close to Makarska. It provides a perfect backdrop for a relaxing, carefree and comfortable holiday. It is ideal for a get-away or family vacation. The villa consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and has a beautiful view of the mountain. Villa Rustica has a large pool ,7*3.5m, that provides complete privacy.
