Cijeli objekt je samo vaš, dvorište je ograđeno kamenim zidom koji skriva poglede prolaznika, bez direktnih susjeda, vlasnik živi 200m dalje. Vanjski bazen sa sustavom elektrolize morske soli, 3 klimatizirane spavaće sobe, 3 kupaonice, unutarnja i vanjska kuhinja, internet, playstation4, 4 SmartTV, pikado, pješčanik za djecu, stolni nogomet, garantiraju vam prekrasan odmor. This charming traditional Dalmatian house is in Ždrelac on Pašman, surrounded by pine trees and overlooking the harbor and village center. Built by our family 80 years ago and lovingly renovated, the house preserves its original character and island spirit. Wake up to a sea view, relax on the terrace, enjoy the private garden, and explore the peaceful nature of Pašman and Ugljan, especially outside the season. Stroll to nearby beaches, local restaurants, and enjoy a true island escape.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
