Countryside Annexe

Countryside annexe located in the New Forest and only a few minutes drive from the nearest beach. Christchurch, Bournemouth, Southampton and Salisbury are also within easy reach. We live on a popular cycle route 2, The accommodation comprises of either a double bed upstairs and/or double sofa bed downstairs. There is a shower room/lounge area/kitchenette/withkettle/toaster/hob/microwave/mini oven with grill. We are also close to several wedding venues. Not suitable for infants/young chlldren.

Situated in the quite village of Bransgore on the edge of the New Forest this cosy one bedroom annex is ideally located to explore the new forest and surrounding areas, As well as being fully equipped the property also has a private court yard garden fully fenced so it is dog friendly. The village has a good variety of shops and 3 pubs all within walking distance that all serve good food. The area is perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding and is 4 miles from Avon Beach and mudeford quay.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Bell Hatch

Bell Hatch is one of three recently renovated semi-detached holiday cottages in the New Forest village of Sopley. Set on one level, it is the largest of the cottages, which are located just off a peaceful lane next to the church and overlooking paddocks. The cottage is beautifully finished, has underfloor heating and vaulted ceilings throughout and is perfect for a family or two couples. It is also suitable for the less mobile, with an access ramp to the front door and wider internal doorways.

The Lodge Retreat is nestled at the bottom of a secluded garden pathway in the sleepy suburb of Southbourne and is a stones throw from Bournemouth’s award winning beaches. The whole of the Lodge Retreat is yours to relax and unwind and includes use of your own private hot tub. There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property. Attached to a beautiful farm house, and set within the New Forest National Park, the Bolt Hole offers a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy the hot tub and take in the garden and paddock views. When it is chilly, draw the curtains and light the wood burner. Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 3 minutes' drive to the wonderful New Forest. Bring your dog too, there are fields for them to run around in.

The Potting Shed Sopley

The Potting Shed is a unique detached cottage on the edge of the New Forest and South Coast. It sleeps two people and has a well-planned principal room incorporating kitchen/dining and living area with a log burner. Upstairs is a spacious loft, ideal for relaxing or being more creative with some artwork. Outdoors there is a large garden, terrace with a BBQ area and chiminea. There is a bike shed too (please bring your own bikes). Guests will have the place to themselves.
