Lovely inside braai/fireplace as well as outside braai. Wood for sale. Take an easy walk for 1 hour through the forest to a private waterhole, where you can swim and have a picnic. A mountain retreat for artists, lovers, writers, gardeners, hikers, birders, farmers, adventurers and all in pursuit of peace and beauty. Please note: 4x4 or capable high clearance vehicle required. Getting here is part of the adventure! The farm is only 5km off the R62 but this is a gravel mountain pass that requires the right vehicle. If you are travelling in a normal car or small SUV please reach out to make alternative arrangements for this last part of your journey.

The Crags Superette and restaurant is just 5 minutes away plus take-aways 10minutes away.

Relax with the whole family at this rustic stilted cabin with spectacular views. It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The main room has a double bed plus the option to place a single bed mattress on the floor for a 5th person. The second room has 2 single beds making the cabin ideal for families. Please note: this is a rustic cabin on a working farm, ideal for guests who enjoy an authentic countryside experience rather than a luxury retreat.

Cloud Cottage is located on Voogsekraal estate. The estate stretches along the mountainous and truly breathtaking Prince Alfred Pass. The estate forms part of the Outeniqua Mountains. This means exquisite views, waterfalls and walks.  The cottage is nestled into the hillside, amidst rockery and fynbos. With no neighbouring farms, cell reception, nor electricity, one is able to experience a true getaway.

Soak up the peace and quietness while enjoying the true beauty that nature has to offer. The cabin was completed just before the lockdown. The building of the cabin was started by my husband and completed only 2 years later in remembrance of him.
