This home is located in a very quiet, gated community on the water! This cozy home features a covered patio with views of the lake with private dock for catch-&-release fishing or stargazing under the desert sky. As the sun sets, gather around the bonfire and soak in the sounds of nature. It will feel more like a home than an Airbnb. Near the water &, close to 3 launch ramps, and off-roading trails. Large driveway for an RV or boat. The house stays extra cool with A/C, solar screens, & blackout blinds. Your pet will ❤️ the doggy door. There is no garage access or parking in the backyard.
