Tea/coffee making facilities & light breakfast of pastry, fruit & yogurt is available in the room (or garden). You will feel very comfortable in a stylish space in lovely surroundings. Also use of a pretty patio, parking space & fridge. Sorry, not suitable for children or if you are without a car.

The Annexe is 15 minutes drive from Poole town centre and the local beaches. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

Welcome to the dog friendly Studio. We are Ideally located between the coast, which is just a 5 minute stroll and the New Forest approx 10 minutes drive . Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.
