Spacious lounge room. A double sofa bed. 65 inch smart TV in lounge with foxtel. Main bedroom has a 50 inch smart TV. All kitchen facilities and a BBQ. Sofa bed is fixed as of 31/3/24. Only a little off the beaten track but a long way from worry. An old stable in the middle of an operating native seed farm, rebuilt almost entirely with repurposed materials to accommodate our children and their families when they come to stay. Comfortable, welcoming and idiosyncratic and, at the same time, highly functional and almost bullet proof. In the style of the country but definitely not Country Style.
