Luxury accommodation on a working Dartmoor hill farm, sited in a little paddock close to the farmstead, adjacent to the open moorland, with lovely views of Dartmoor & beyond. Hill walking, a gentle stroll, wild swimming & pure relaxation all accessible without having to get into your car. Each hut is fully self contained with a double bed, seating, kitchen area, shower, toilet & a wood burner for those cosy evenings. Just 20-minute drive of Okehampton, historic Tavistock and Launceston and a 40-minute drive from much-loved Bude beach. The Hide is set on 8 acres with a 6-man hot tub (booked separately).

I spent 19 months in a shed making this from scratch, and it has my heart. It's designed to meld the security of home with the whims of the wild. There's a bus windscreen above the bed for star/cloud gazing, your own private woodland clearing, a woodburner, and all you need for good dining. It's totally secluded, you won't see anyone or visa versa. Now featuring a hot outdoor shower among the trees, running hot water inside, and Wi-Fi for the WFH crew.

The Roost is a hand-built shepherds hut on a small family run farm on Dartmoor National Park. Whilst it's at the heart of the farm, it’s totally private and is set in its own dog secure garden. It sleeps two people and up to two dogs (depending on their size). It is perfectly situated to enjoy the moors and is 1.5 miles from Chagford which is a lovely town with local shops and great pubs!
