The Top Paddock

Welcome to the top paddock! This is glamping with a side of real camping in the Tasmanian bush. Goats and sheep will stroll around and you have over 20 acres all to yourself to explore. We're located up a gravel road on the north west coast, you won't find any other tourists here. Soak in the wood fired tub, under the blackwood tree. Cosy up to the wood fire, roasting marshmallows in your star Gazer yurt. A comfy queen bed and a backyard of adventure, its a Tasmanian version of luxury camping.

On Beauty Point's waterfront, overlooking kanamaluka / River Tamar, Beachside is a unique and spacious Arts and Crafts style home with enviable views from almost every window. Built in 1950, she is - as guests have described: a "perfectly imperfect" - old dame, lovingly maintained as a comfortable home. The decor & furnishings are in keeping with that era, while gentle renovations provide modern conveniences in the kitchen & bathrooms. And the region's best fish & chippy is almost next door!

The Bach At Crayfish

Relax, long walks, swim and enjoy. Private, great views of beach. Only 12 minutes from Stanley, 20 mins from Smithton, which has a large supermarket. 25 minutes from Wynyard. Rockycape Taven, great meals only just 5 minutes away. Plus 2 petrol stations that do take away and groceries. Explore this lovely area, with heaps to see and do. Or just kick back and relax. Situated right by the main highway in Crayfish Creek. Being right next to highway there is some traffic noise. Checkout 10.30 am.

The Stone House

The Stone House is set in 24 acres of natural Tasmanian bush in the Arthur Pieman Reserve. This is in the pristine Tarkine Wilderness area. The Stone House is made of stone, beautiful timber and earth rammed walls. We have made a rough track around our block, please explore. The grasslands are home to Bennetts Wallabies, pademelons, tassie devils, wombats, quolls and possums as well as the magnificent wedge tailed and sea Eagles. The coast is wild and untamed and ready to be explored.

Cottage in the Pines 'No Service Fee’

This is a charming one-bedroom mud brick cottage in a serene rural setting. It is ideal for two couples or a family of four to five. The cottage has a self-contained kitchen so that you can stay comfortably. Tea, coffee and long life milk. The cottage is conveniently situated within a 15-minute drive to Sheffield Township and a 45-minute drive to Cradle Mountain, making it a perfect place to take a break during your travels. There are no additional cleaning or service fees involved.

'Mistover' Farm Cottage & Galloway Stud

'Mistover' is a 32 hectare property with pasture, bushland, creeks, dams and plenty of space for your pets to run! It is home to Galloway cattle and long term resident Jonesy, the English Pointer, who loves visitors! The accommodation is a two storey, 2 bedroom, self-contained stone cottage with open fire place and private balcony. 'Mistover' is situated along the Murchison Highway, 20 kms from Burnie/Wynyard Airport and is on the doorstep of the Tarkine Wilderness!

Enjoy a peaceful stay in Cradle country at this cosy and recently-renovated 2 bedroom unit perfectly located at the gateway to the beautiful North-West of Tassie's natural attractions. 40 minutes to Cradle Mountain, 40 minutes to historic Sheffield, 40 minutes to Devonport, 35 minutes to Ulverstone, 5 minutes to Lake Barrington (Wilmot-side camp grounds), 25 minutes to Leven Canyon, 30 minutes to Spreyton.

Country hideaway

Gorgeous new house in the peaceful Tasmanian countryside. Shorter stays will be considered on request. Ten minutes from Ulverstone, 25 minutes from Devonport and 30 minutes from Burnie. Lovely open plan living, this house lets you wake up to nature. Although you have access to the whole house, there are 2 rooms which are not accessible to guests as these hold my personal belongings.
