Nestled on the top 2 floors, it has magnificent day and night views of Wellington city and the sea. This well equipped self contained space is a great spot for a weekend get away, holiday or business trip.

Centrally located , this warm & sunny studio is easy walking distance from the best that the city has to offer, and a short drive to airport & ferries. I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. We've recently converted it to a self-contained dwelling, so we can share what we love about the city.
