Our Carriage House is 1.5 hours from Boston and 2 hours from Worcester, MA. The Carriage House was built in 2021 with top-line finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for a romantic getaway.

2 Condos combined, 1 one with queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds, other side with Queen Murphy bed and double reclining sofa. Each condo has a Full Bath with Shower! Fridge on each side, small kitchenette on bunk side and laundry on the other. Very large private wrap around deck with seating area and grill on side of end unit. Views from deck overlooking pool and Paugus Bay. Watch the boats and fireworks from your own deck! Private Beach access right across the street!

It's fully equipped with a brand new bathroom lrg. tile shower, full kitchen, 55" UHD TV, Hi-Speed Internet, new Split System AC is comfy & quiet & a lrg. sectional couch that'll sleep-2 very comfortably. A lovely lake-front cottage with a private beach on quaint Sunrise Lake! The house has a great view overlooking the water. Enjoy a beautiful morning view of the sun rising onto the lake with a cup of coffee or tea, grilling a tasty dinner on the deck, and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit for dessert. We also provide a double kayak so you can explore the mile-long lake from the easy launch point in front of the house.
