Close to town but tucked away on a quiet unpaved road with views of Radrick Golf Course and near Matthaei Botanical Gardens and Parker Mill Park. Enjoy a slice of the country just a short drive from town.

The perfect location to explore the surrounding Pinckney Recreation Area, Potawatomi Trails, and Lakeland B2B Trail. A beautiful area to bicycle, hike, swim, SUP, kayak, fish, XC ski, snowshoe.... Includes use of our pedal boat. Up to 5 kayaks available for rent. No pets, to respect those with allergies.

It is only a 10-minute walk to some of the best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques that Ann Arbor has to offer. It was fully remodeled in 2019 into a minimal + peaceful Scandinavian-style guest house that sits far back in a spacious backyard, with all-new landscaping, an outdoor grill, patio and fire pit. The carriage house doors have been restored to completely open on warm days/nights to bring the outdoors in. TV + sound system can be enjoyed from the outside patios.
