Enjoy a quiet neighborhood setting with quick and easy access to all that Reno and Sparks have to offer. Very cozy and stylish studio apartment with its own private entrance and patio/BBQ area. Laundry facilities are available too! Inside you will find a full kitchen, stocked with coffees, teas, and spices. Comfortable queen bed, workspace, dining table, Roku TV. Kitchen has mini fridge, microwave, airfryer, coffee maker, Keurig, stove top, and all the cooking essentials.

Rockin' TD Ranch Guest House

This cozy 1,400 sq. foot guesthouse (fully-furnished, ADA compliant, single level) has large picture windows and front porch, allowing guests to witness the incredible outdoor views of Long Valley, NV. The private rock garden with chairs is a great place to sit and relax. Come stargaze, hike or just decompress. Guests have said it's amazing! Please be aware that we are 22 miles from the nearest town/hospital.

Our casita is located in Sparks, we are approximately 8 miles from 1-80 and 20 miles to Pyramid lake. If you want to stay close to home your welcome to take a stroll on the walking trails behind the property.
