Beatrice Cottage, Warkworth.

Whisk yourself away to Beatrice Cottage in the beautiful, historic village of Warkworth on the breathtaking Northumberland Coast. Beatrice Cottage is one of four traditional cottages, set in a tranquil courtyard garden, just a short walk from the village centre. Tucked away aprx. 100 yards from the banks of the River Coquet and a mere 10 minute walk from the golden sands of Warkworth Beach. The cottage has lovely views of Warkworth Castle and is fully equipped to be your perfect home from home.

Orchard Cottage at Howlett Hall with hot tub

Orchard Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Warkworth. It's a 5 minute walk away from the River Coquet and Warkworth Hermitage. The famous Warkworth Castle and village centre are only 15 minutes away by foot and the stunning Warkworth Beach is only 10 minutes by car from our cottages. The location of the Meadow Cottage allows for an easy access to water sports. There are two bedrooms upstairs, living room, a wood burner, kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Probably the best view on the Island. Look East to the Farne Islands and watch sunrise over two castles and the Island harbour or Lindisfarne Priory. Centrally located with parking right outside your door you will find Sea View the perfect place to plan your day. The old Fisherman’s cottage has sympathetically restyled from top to bottom into a cosy retreat for you to kick back relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The large private garden has a decking area and summer house for you to enjoy.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

The View: idyllic and remote off-grid cabin

Sitting completely on its own at the edge of the Northumbrian moors, The View is a modern, off-grid cabin that allows you to truly ‘get away from it all.’ Gazing out over the Cheviots, this truly unique space is blessed with no surrounding buildings or neighbouring accommodation - offering total tranquility. Head out hill walking by day, then return to relax by the roaring fire. Sip a drink and watch as the weather rolls by. When night falls, soak in the silence and gaze up at the stars.

You'll also have the chance to enjoy farm-fresh ice cream during the summer months.

The Hogglet - a perfect coastal getaway

The Hogglet provides a cosy, comfortable retreat for two people. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with an en-suite and a homely living space. Off street parking, guest patio and garden. Two small dogs or one medium dog (labrador size) welcome. We are surrounded by beautiful walks including the river Coquet and the breathtaking beaches. A stones throw away from Warkworth castle where you will stumble among the local pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Bancha, Amble. Homely, spacious, stylish.

Our lovely house has been a labour of love. My partner, Richard, with help from his brother, has put his heart into renovating and remodelling the house to a style we love. My part was sourcing all the retro furniture, tiles and paint colours which happens to be one of my favourite pastimes! The house reflects our quirky taste and my love of mid century furniture! The cottage is a 7 min walk down Lovers walk directly to the beach and the village with restaurants and cafes less than a 5 min walk! There is a relaxing enclosed garden where you can watch the tide ebb and flow after a day exploring stunning Northumberland.

This place is truly perfect for a romantic getaway, and an equally perfect base to explore the beaches, walks, golf courses and everything else the local area has to offer. It’s even within walking distance of Alnmouth train station.
