This large, completely private suite is the full lower level of our house, with it's own separate entrance. Enjoy the private bedroom with king-sized bed and full bathroom with shower. The very large living space has a pull-out full-sized sofa bed and we can provide air beds on request (i.e. for children). There's a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge for your convenience. Hot tub in shared backyard available with advance request at no extra charge!

South Juanita: Nestled in a quiet yet central location, this 650 sqft home (ADU) is just 8 minute walk to the beach, parks and is surrounded by scenic spots perfect for outdoor adventures and relaxation. Enjoy the convenience of being close to local coffee shops, restaurants, and vibrant shops, all within easy reach for a relaxing or adventurous day out. Please note that we are on hill and our entrance is on a slope (steep driveway)

Private Backyard Bungalow w/Separate Entrance

The Bungalow is a 450 sq. ft. Studio w/Private Entrance and No Shared Space located 3 blocks North of Rose Hill elementary school with plenty of street parking and close to Microsoft Campus, Downtown Redmond and Downtown Kirkland all within 3 miles of our Rose Hill Kirkland neighborhood. Our air conditioned newly constructed Backyard Bungalow was finished in January 2016.
