Sunny Sea View Bungalow - your private paradise

Overlooking the wonderful coastline and the beautiful village of Primosten, this four-star classified bungalow ist situated high up on the hills of Primosten in a calm corner. It features a sun-filled living room and two separate bedrooms. These three rooms have a separate air conditioning system. One small bathroom with shower. Living space is about 70m². All windows offer an built-in mosquito net to protect you. The living room can be equipped with one further sleeping possibility, suitable for a child. Maximum occupancy is 4-5 guests. Perfect place for families with kids. We also welcome especially dog owners. The house and the grounds are completely  enclosed, so the house has privacy. However, please note that dogs are not permitted in the pool. Furthermore, we do not accept groups of young men only due to negative experiences in the past. The bungalow isn't a party location. Fully and modern equipped kitchen with all amenities and utensils you may need. A washing machine is at your disposal as well. Enjoy the private sea-view terrace with spectacular views of the Croatian Ocean. The large courtyard is a perfect childrens playground. Our newly built (2022) swimming pool invites you to swim, wade, float on tubes. Or just cool off on hot days and lie smooth and serene. Length 6m, width 3,5m, depth 1,5m. The pool is exclusive for you, no sharing with other people. Private and shaded parking space is available for 2 cars on the grounds in our new carport (2024). Barbecue area to prepare the Mediterranean delicacies is waiting for you. The beaches in Primosten and Rogoznica can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Walking distance down the hill about 3,5 km.

Brand new camp house located in the heart of Dalmatia in a private Autokamp Maslina. If you are looking for a private and non-crowded place at sea this is definitely a place for you. House is fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable vacation stay. It's only a stone's throw away (50m) from the turquoise blue sea. House is big and has 3 bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, a kitchen, and a spacious terrace with a barbeque grill and a large dining table for 8. Small shop and restaurant nearby.

Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Terasa je natkrivena i gosti na korištenje imaju 2 ležaljke, 2 ljuljačke,sup(daska za veslanje), roštilj, solarni vanjski tuš...

Our open terrace is also nearby and we can prepare traditional dishes with unique experience, or guests can spend free time there. Nudimo vam dvokrevetnu sobu sa vlastitom kupaonicom, sobu sa dva jednokrevetna ležaja koja se po potrebi mogu spojiti, kuhinju sa blagovaonicom i dvosjedom te kupaonicom. Na prekrasnoj prostranoj terasi nalazi se garnitura za 4 osobe i dvije ležajke. Klima uređaj, posteljina, ručnici i WiFi uključeni u cijenu.

So kann die Inselwelt noch besser erforscht werden.
