Holiday House “NEVEN” is located in village Zaovine on Tara mountain, near small lake Spajici and just 1km from big lake Zaovine, which is one of the most beautiful lakes in Serbia. Our holiday house has living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and two balcony’s. One room is with king size bed and other room is with two classic beds which also has balcony view. In living room there is sofa bed. There are 5 small lakes in Zaovine and they all have super clean water with different fish.

Our eco house is spread over three levels and a total of 300 m², and can comfortably host up to 8-10 people, with an extra bed for small children. 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Our holiday house is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Bajina Basta. It's just few minutes of walk from famous Drina river house and it is close to center of Bajina Basta, but without city noise where you can enjoy in peaceful nature. We have living room with equiped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi and big sofa bed. There is also spacious bedroom with queen bed and sofa bed. Zaovine 27 is 91 m2 house , completely renovated in 2024 perfect for 8 guests. It has 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds and 1 larger room with 4 single beds), bathroom and living room with fully equipped kitchen. It is located in a quiet part of the village within 1,6km walking distance from Zaovine lake ideal for swimming and fishing. House is surrounded with numerous hiking and biking trails. Outside are large terrace and specious back yard. Two MTB are free for guests to use.
