Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

There are also several golf courses and the largest golf resort in Europe in the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself is characterized by its bright, quiet style which is underlined with small amenities such as the new coffee machine and a cozy couch. Come and see for yourself! :)

Die Unterkunft liegt idyllisch ruhig in einem Tal mit viel Wald in Saldenburg im Bayerischen Wald, nur 25 km entfernt von Passau. Die Ferienwohnung ist 40qm groß und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Sie umfasst ein Schlafzimmer mit 3 Betten, eine Schlafcouch, ein Bad, eine eigene Terasse und eine kleine Küche. Für unsere Kleinen bieten wir einen Streichelzoo, Ponyreiten und einen Spielplatz. Gäste mit Hunden sind willkommen.
