This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

Located on exclusive Bishop Lake only 5 minutes to Marietta and Roswell. 9 miles to the Sandy Springs MARTA station and the Braves Battery is 7 miles away. Walkable restaurants and shopping in Roswell is less than a 5 minute ride. Rest and relax, this cozy cottage is your own. Enjoy an evening watching the sunset over the lake. It's super hot here in August, but I have lowered our rates to get you to stay for August!
