This cozy ranch has 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1.5 baths, plenty of off street parking, a garage and spacious backyard with a patio area for kids and pets. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. Please give us at least 24 hours notice, as we both work full time.

Hummingbird Guest Loft

Quaint Guest Loft in the town of Ashland. In the heart of town, within minutes of walking to Ashland University. University is a 5 minute walk. One block from Freer Field with walking paths and where the Ashland Hot Air Balloon Fest is held every July 4th. Short drive to Mochican State Park. Take a hike, mountain bike, ride horses on the many bridle trails, canoe, fish and picnic. Explore the many restaurants, golf courses and farmers market. We will be there for you as often as needed.

Enjoy the hot tub in the private backyard, build a fire in the fire pit and kick back and let the stress melt away. The kitchen is stocked with everything to make your own meals. And if you need a break from cooking check out the local restaurants within walking distance from the cottage! Located only a mile from the public beach and boat launch at Charles Mill Lake and 20 minutes to Mohican State Park.

Perfectly located in central Mansfield at the end of a quiet street. This 2 bedroom home is close to the best of the cities attractions, including the famous Ohio State Reformatory only a 6 minute drive away. Also, conveniently located close to Kingwood Center, hospitals, and Mid-Ohio Raceway. This home has everything you need from cooking your own meals to doing laundry. This house is 15 minutes from Amish Country (Millersburg) to the East and 15 minutes from Mohican Adventures (Loudonville) to the West. The house is set up for a relaxing inexpensive family vacation. The house has 2 main bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room and a futon in the Game/Office room. It has 2 bathrooms and the kitchen is fully functional (coffee maker, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher). The living room, both bedrooms, and game room have individual TVs.
