The bedrooms and pool table/fooze ball are downstairs. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are on the same level. There is a build in braai on the balcony. Outside is a swimming pool, another build in braai and deck with sun beds. and a full solar panel system is installed. A 9 hole golf course is on estate.
