Forest Cabin is 380sf of coziness on a peaceful 40 acre waterfront estate. Enjoy a comfy full/double bed up in the loft (notice the ladder up), a peekaboo view through the forest canopy to Puget Sound, relax in the outdoor clawfoot tub or beside the wood stove (wood provided), rest in a hammock during summer, and watch the chickens and ducks peck about. Walk 3.min. across the field to access 1000 ft of private, southern exposure Puget Sound beach. Leashed pets are welcome w/a $45 pet fee.

Vashon Clam Cove Cottage Waterfront with Views

Great 180 degree Views from south end of Vashon Island. Spectacular views of Mt. Rainier and Pt. Defiance. Tacoma city and Commencement Bay lights up views at night while Pt. Defiance is dark. This cozy 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bath with a shower and unique 1/2 size tub. The views are amazing from the bedroom, kitchen and living area. At high tide you feel like you are on a boat. Access to our private boat ramp for kayak, SUP, or other small watercraft. Come enjoy being on the water!

Featuring a chef's kitchen, vaulted great room, wood burning fireplace and stunning Puget Sound view where you can take in sunsets from the covered lanai, deck or relax on 100 feet of private no bank waterfront. One of the few homes with a private, fenced yard and beach. Enjoy nearby trails & Pleasant Beach Village just minutes away.

Private beach cabin, Vashon Island

Some say the cabin has a nautical feel with galley kitchen, wood paneling and brass light fixtures. In the bathroom, copper pipes become towel racks. Outside there are deck chairs and more by the water along with a meditation maze made from beach stones. The lighthouse is a short beach walk away. The reading and writing room, across the path, is a refuge for solitary study or work. Enjoy the water, marine life and birds here where each season brings new joy and sometimes, excitement.

A relaxing 20-minute ferry trip from West Seattle or Water Taxi from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private cozy, Studio cottage with sweeping views of the Sound. Watch the ferries go by, relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, a forest hiking trail with sea and Mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minute walk from the cottage.

Occupying one story of a midcentury modern home, the 900 sq ft apartment provides outstanding views of the Sound, Olympic Mountains, magnificent sunsets, and sea life. Accommodations include a living/dining area, spacious master bedroom, sea view terrace with covered patio, KITCHENETTE (NOT A FULL KITCHEN), plus an additional guest room and access to the waterfront bulkhead area (NO BEACH ACCESS).
