Next to the heart of the UIUC campus and surrounded by mature trees, this spacious, serene guest suite offers a relaxing stay. It has a private entrance with a foyer, a studio style main room and a bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably with a queen bed and a sofa (not a pull-out) for lounging. No TV, washer, or dryer. No kitchenette, but a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker are provided. Snacks and coffee pods provided. Not accessible for limited mobility. No parties and no smoking.

This clean, comfortable, single family home is located in an established residential neighborhood and is ideal for short or longer term visitors to the University of Illinois, or any other attraction in Champaign-Urbana. It is a 5 minute drive to the University, its stadium and other sports complexes, and the State Farm Event Center.
