The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. This is our 2nd Airbnb at our same mountain top location overlooking Western Carolina University and Cullowhee NC. Listed as being in the top 1% of All Airbnb based on customer satisfaction. The apartment is a 1965 square foot 2-bedroom with a king-size bed in each bedroom. A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. The best of everything!

This cozy home away from home is a completely private apartment. The private 2 bedroom apartment has its own entrance separated completely from the main home. Local residents within one hours drive from the property will not be considered. Please take note when booking; Children older than three are considered "extra guests" and need to be booked accordingly. There is a charge of $10 per night per extra guest after the first two guests.
