Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

The cottage has its own entrance with central heating and gas fire (Log burner look) for those cosy nights in, it has lounge, kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room, upstairs (steep and low head ) bathroom and bedroom also has own patio in rear of cottage. The cottage is set within the village of Garnant, close to golf course and local eateries It is within easy reach of the M4. On the edge of the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons.

My accomodation is close to The Brechfa Forest mountain biking and walking trails,. Stunning views, friendly local pubs and restaurants. . You’ll love my cottage because of the peaceful situation, newly fitted kitchen, comfortable living room with Sky TV, wifi, high quality beds, sheets and towels..Well behaved dogs are welcome at £10 each per visit, the garden is fully enclosed on all sides. In addition, if you want to get high, the property is located only 15 minutes from Zip World and 30 minutes from Pen Y Fan. If you prefer beaches we are 30 minutes from Swansea bay and the Mumbles.

No 1 Cathelyd Colliery Stables is a dog friendly property renovated from a pit pony stables. Next door, No 2 is slightly larger and can be booked separately on Airbnb. There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.
