Our lakefront home "Ole Charleston" sits in a quiet cove with year-round water and a private boat dock. Convenient location just 1 mile off Maynardville Highway down Hickory Valley Road. Beach Island Marina is only a couple miles away to launch your boat. They offer boat and jet ski rentals and Boathouse 33 (Bubba Brews) Restaurant which features live bands and corn hole. We are only 6 miles to Food City and Dollar General in Maynardville and 30 minutes to downtown Knoxville

Lakefront - Treehouse at Norris Lake

Stay at the Norris Lake treehouse. Short walk or golf cart ride on property to private boat ramp and dock. Water is currently dropped past the boat dock (read “Guest Access” for seasonal info). Hot Tub on main house deck open year-round for guests. 2 guests only. Hosts live in main house next to treehouse, but you likely won’t see them. Seasonal use of kayak, paddle board, paddle boat, & swim floats on site. Seasonal boat and jet ski rentals available at nearby marinas.

3-bedroom 2-bath lake front home built in 2018 with all new furnishings installed Fall of 2020. Enjoy your private 2.4 acres on a secluded cove (seasonal water*) with a 10 ft by 20 ft dock/swim platform. With the cove being so quiet it is great for swimming, using the peddle boat or the two kayaks provided with the home. The yard includes a fire pit and a picnic table located in a small grove to keep cool in the summer heat. Located near Lakeview Marina in Sharps Chapel.

Water taxi available through the marina for an additional fee paid directly to the marina. This place is very popular with kayakers! The surrounding water is inside of a no wake zone. This place is literally floating on the water! No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.
