Neben einem alten Pfarrhaus haben wir ein kleines Nebengelass individuell für uns, für Freunde und Gäste ausgebaut. Manches ist modern, anderes hat noch den Charme vergangener Zeiten. Vieles erscheint uns stimmig, einiges ist noch im Werden. Nix ist also Standard. Was noch nicht von uns bedacht und für Gäste sinnvoll ist, kann meist schnell ergänzt werden. Das Häuschen ist umgeben von einem naturbelassenen Garten an der Ackerkante, liegt also in einem kleinen, landwirtschaftlich aktiven Dorf.

Ruhige, helle und freundliche Wohnung im zweiten Stock im Zentrum von Greifswald. Große Dachterrasse im dritten Stockwerk mit Blick über die Dächer. Theater, Kino, Museumshafen, Zoo und Bahnhof in fußläufiger Entfernung. Der Marktplatz mit seinen Giebelhäusern im Stil der Backsteingotik ist um die Ecke, das Pommersche Landesmuseum auch. Es handelt sich um einen tierfreien Nichtraucherhaushalt. Daher sind Tiere leider nicht willkommen. In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden.

El apartamento está a sólo 8 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, de la universidad o de la plaza del mercado, muy céntrico, pero tranquilo, en una calle lateral. Vives completamente solo en el tejado del edificio, como en un ático. El ascensor baja al piso de abajo. Hay una lavandería compartida disponible.

So bleibt es auch bei einer Viererbesetzung entspannt. Die Ferienwohnung ist so ausgestattet, wie wir es Zuhause selbst gerne haben.

Unser Haus ist ganz in der Nähe der Stadt Greifswald und auch die Hanse Stadt Stralsund ist nicht weit entfernt Wir haben eine alte Werkstatt extra für Sie umgebaut, ausgestattet mit Fußbodenheizung, Fernseher, Wlan und hochwertige Matratzen für einen erholsamen Schlaf.
