Stunning views of the estuary out the front and mountain ranges out the back with the added bonus of river access from the spacious back yard. Enjoy a morning cuppa or evening meal on the large rear patio overlooking the rear garden. Only a minutes walk to the local cafe, dairy, takeaways or the Estuary Bistro restaurant at the sports complex.

This is a small cabin suitable for short stays, the bedroom is small but it is compensated by the location, deck, bathroom & beach which are great. Sit on kayaks & stand-up paddle are available free of charge. Tidy comfortable cabin just meters from a lovely private beach & walking distance to cafes, fishing club & pizzeria. No road noise, safe swimming, kayaking or trips to the Poor Knights Islands. BASIC cooking only; BBQ, Fridge, plates, cups, glasses, etc. Great eateries near by.

A beautifully restored Victorian villa set within 12.5 hectares of open pasture and native bush, Maple Cottage offers a slower, more grounding way to experience the Tutukākā Coast. Eight minutes from Ngunguru and sixteen from Tutukākā, set between Ngunguru and Glenbervie, yet feeling worlds away — it’s a place to properly switch off. Mornings start with birdsong, days drift between the land and nearby beaches, and evenings settle in beside the fire.
