This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Indulge yourself in a very private historic 1932 adobe - 850 sq ft Interior reflects time period. This was the first ranch home in this area and backs up to predated historic "Valley of the Moon" - a wonderland of gnomes and magic.
