Our Lakehouse is perfect for families. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 queen rooms, 1 bunk room that sleeps 6. The home is perfectly split with two bedrooms, 1 bath and family room upstairs and additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with extra family room downstairs. Screened in patio overlooking lake view with TV. Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. This place has got it all. From the amazing lake front views & access, a private dock, space for several families to sleep and seating to dine. Did we mention we have an extra slip at our dock for your boat? We have an amazing deck, water toys, plenty of board games, and a fire pit. Our home is directly across the bay from the beautiful Lake Barkley Resort where you can put in 18 holes of golf, take the kids horseback riding, or relax with a few cocktail in the restaurant or bar.

The Relaxation Station/No additional pet fees

Take a deep breath and relax in this home located on the Muddy Fork Little River. There are two acres of wooded, totally private, and serene but steep land (backyard only). Perfect for the outdoor enthusiast or a quick getaway. Relax on the large wood deck with an outdoor dining table, while grilling out on the Weber charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), or enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the eagles soar above and the crazy amount of deer dash through the yard.

Lakefront 2BR • Steps to Boat Dock

Horseshoe Haven is a peaceful setting to come enjoy the lake for the weekend or for a relaxing week. Bring your boat because we share our dock and have a place to tie your boat off to make getting on the water very convenient. We have kayaks, paddle boards and are just two houses down. Spend the day on the water then grill in the evening and watch the sunset. Plenty of wildlife always around and a peaceful walkable neighborhood. High speed internet (200mbps).

2bdrm Boat/Trailer Parking @Land between the Lakes

Cozy and family friendly space with plenty of space to park your boat, trailer, or toys. We are about 5-10 minutes from a couple of different boat launches, biking/walking path, and Lake Barkley Sate park (with a very nice beach). We are 5 minutes from the Dollar General, a gas station, & about 20 minutes to town. This is one unit of a triplex. We rent the upstairs unit as well. The other downstairs unit is not rented out.
