Amazing apartment in Dubrovnik The apartment is located on the second floor Beautiful apartment with 4 bedrooms, accommodate 8 persons. The apartment have breathtaking view at the sea and sunset. Only 5 minutes to the beaches. It is modern and new apartment fully equipped and composed of big and cozy living room and kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies. Fully air-conditioned, consisted of 5 units,positioned in each bedroom and living room. Guests can use wireless internet and parking space. Living room contains two big sofas , one armchair and one chair, a low table ,cupboard and a TV. Kitchen has a dining table and all other furniture and apparatus for preparing your own meal. First bedroom contain big double bed, bedside tables, commode and a spacious wardrobe. Also have enter to the balcony. Second room contain big double bed, bedside tables, and a spacious wardrobe. Third room contain two beds, bedside tables, and a spacious wardrobe and enter to the balcony. Fourth room is smaller then the other rooms and contain sofa that can be stretched into double bed,and wardrobe. There are outdoor tables and chairs on the balconies. Apartment has two modern equipped bathrooms, one with a bathtub and other with a shower bath and washing machine. Bathroom floors are heated. Advantage of this apartment is its location and quiet neighborhood in the center where using a car is not necessary. Old town and Lapad beaches are only 20 minutes walking distance. Hotel Rixos, beaches, bus station, bank, post, grocery shop, pharmacy, restaurant, hospital etc,are in proximity. Me and my family are living in the same building. Available for any help. .

Exterior: The old beautiful house is in the centre of the town of Mlini and within there are three luxurious apartments. It is located just a few kilometers from the famous Dubrovnik Old City, in the rural area of Župa Dubrovačka. Among the many activities that one can enjoy in Mlini are: various beach inlets, mostly pebble stones, there are however options for characteristic Croatian rocky coast line enjoyment, diving excursions, fish picnics at the nearby Elafiti Island, boat rentals, historic tours to Dubrovnik either by boat, by bus or by private transfer. At the Residence there is offered an airport pick-up taxi, and free parking. Interior: Positioned on the second floor of a house built at the beginning of the 19th century, this apartment underwent a complete restoration in 2012. It is the ideal accommodation for a couple on holiday in Dubrovnik’s countryside. A large studio offers a double bed, separated by a paravan as well as full queen size sofa bed in the living area, bathroom equipped with shower and a full equipped kitchen. Another lovely feature is its spacious private terrace, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco or drinks at sundown.

BIG TERRACE AND AMAZING VIEW

This brand new apartment is located just besides to the entrance to the Old City. Just few steps and you are in the city or on the beach. Apartment has a big terrace and beautiful view on the sea, city walls and island Lokrum. It is also near to cable that goes to the mountain Srđ. To the main street Stradun you need just 1 minute, all souvenir shops, coffee bars and restaurants and reallly close. Near apartment you have bus number 10 that goes to little town Cavtat which is great to visit. For one day trip is really nice and relaxing. Also boat to island Lokrum is close and Lokrum must be seen, nature there is great, you have botanic garden and many nice places to swim, not so crowded. It has a one double bed bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with two sofa beds. Internet, air condition and all equipment you need for you stay. A PLACE IN THE SUN is sunny and modern apartment with SELF CHECK IN option. It is situated in residential building but also touristic area in region Lapad. There are several nice beaches 10 minutes walk from this apartment ,closest are Copacabana and awarded Cava beach with Coral Beach Club,Orsan Yachting Club with marina and fish restaurant just by the sea is few hundred meters away and supermarket is 1 min by foot down the street, bus station is nearby so in 10 minutes you are in the old town.
