All other comforts including en-suite shower room, woodburner & fully fitted kitchen.

You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm.  With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.  The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

Pip's Hut - The perfect coastal country retreat.

Our beautiful hut is set in a four acre field which has views over the neighboring countryside to Dartmoor, just visible in the distance. Adjoining the field is two and a half acres of untouched woodland, home to numerous birds and animals, including deer which often wander into the field on still evenings. This cosy space is fully en suite with a woodburner, Hypnos mattress, underfloor heating, fridge, hob, table, chairs and fire pit. It is the perfect retreat from our busy & hectic world.

Lynton and Lynmouth is known nationally as 'little Switzerland' and from the hut you can see Wales. We're also just a few minutes from the famous South West Coastal path.

Woodland Stargazing Cabin

I spent 19 months in a shed making this from scratch, and it has my heart. It's designed to meld the security of home with the whims of the wild. There's a bus windscreen above the bed for star/cloud gazing, your own private woodland clearing, a woodburner, and all you need for good dining. It's totally secluded, you won't see anyone or visa versa. Now featuring a hot outdoor shower among the trees, running hot water inside, and Wi-Fi for the WFH crew.

Dartmoor View Tiny House

Escape to rural bliss, enjoy the peace and beauty of our quiet corner of Devon. Our tiny house is at the top corner of our smallholding with incredible views of Dartmoor. This pint sized house has everything you could need, bedroom, kitchen, shower room and pop up bunks for the kids. Enjoy relaxing in the hanging 'egg chair' or soaking in the tub drinking in the stunning view of the moors or toast marshmallows over the fire pit as the sun goes down.
