Crows Nest is located on the Keuka Lake wine trail. It is next to Red Jacket Park and Morgan Marine on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. The cabin is located inside Sunset on Seneca Campsites, 300 yards from Lodi State Park and Seneca Lake. Nestled in the Finger Lakes Region you'll find numerous wineries within a 5 minutes drive. Within the campground that is home to nearly 150 season campsites you will find a friendly family oriented community welcoming guest. We provide one free bundle of firewood each night as needed. Select weekends we have free live music events as well as food events. All cabin guest are welcome to join.

The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

Your spacious private suite has a separate entrance and porch all to yourself with mini frig,microwave and Keurig. along with an en suite bathroom. The Copper Barn next door has additional lodging.
