Weekend traffic on road can be busy but weekdays are usually quiet. Lockbox entry, no check-in. Driving Distance: 12km & 24 minutes from Brisbane City.

It's 150m to a fabulous suburban cafe and not far to a major shopping centre, the suburbs quaint shopping area and train - 18 minutes to town. The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. There's a made queen size bed (and if needed a spare mattress with linen supplied for guests to make)

There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

The apartment has a separate garden entrance, a small eat in kitchen , Ensuite off the bedroom, television, plenty of wardrobe space, access to fast wifi. An ideal space for a couple or single person with an extra bed in the lounge room area, which has a trundle suitable for a child. This property is suitable for home quarantine as there are no shared areas and a separate entry from the street.
