The open living area is ideal for gathering, featuring a cozy electric fireplace and a 55-inch Smart TV for movie nights or streaming. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Additional Smart TVs in the primary bedroom and loft, along with board games, DVDs, and high-speed WiFi, ensure entertainment for all ages. The home also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh beachwear and towels during your stay. Thoughtful extras make this home especially guest-friendly, including two adult bikes and two children’s bikes with helmets, along with a full collection of beach gear such as chairs, boogie boards, a skimboard, and sand toys. The lake is sticked with fish. The lake is available for swimming, kayaking, SUP, and any water activities you may want to enjoy. Beyond the home, the location truly shines. Enjoy private river front house on beautiful Nestucca river. Quiet, peaceful location with fishing, bird watching, kayaking, and a 4 minute trip to the beach. This is a cozy place to relax. We like curling up with a book in the sun room to storm watch, kayaking on the river, going to the beach to see the dory fleet land, campfires and feeding the local deer. There is plenty of great places to dine in town and lots of trails to hike around. *Dock is seasonal due to river levels and safety**

Our guests have access to our private boat dock on the river. Boat and floatplane mooring available. Restaurants, shopping, and beach town exploring are just a steps away in Downtown Nehalem.
