A romantic escape for no reason? Maybe a special Easter egg hunt for the season? For a small fee, I can fill plastic eggs, hide inside/outside for family fun! We welcome to the 1066 Hastings House, responsible 25 yr olds and up, 1-2 well behaved house trained dogs. Hosting, up to maximum of 5 guests. From the dining & great room, enjoy the sun rising. As the day draws to a close, snuggle up by the fireplace in the greatroom and enjoy the sunsets. Watch the lights of night wake up over the Bay.

The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

Chaumont Bay Getaway | Luxury Waterfront/Hot Tub

Escape to this unique & tranquil getaway in 1000 islands vicinity. The spacious lake-view sunroom is perfect for relaxing. The master suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Relax in the hot tub [seasonally May-December] overlooking the lake or lounge at waterfront pergola with gas fire-pit. Chaumont Bay, one of world's largest freshwater bays, is a sought-after summer destination. We are a short drive to local tourist attractions in Alexandria Bay, Clayton, and Cape Vincent.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

3 Mile Retreat - Waterfront Getaway/Pet Friendly

Relax at this peaceful lakefront property. This lake home sits on a beautiful 100' waterfront with level rocky beach access, wide-open floor plan and incredible views of Chaumont Bay! Featuring a king bed in the main bedroom, and the second bedroom has a queen and twin bed. The living room sofa converts to a full bed. Two full bathrooms to accommodate you and your family. The quiet peacefulness will leave you relaxed while being close to all the local amenities the area has to offer.

Anchors Away

This is the perfect place to call home while fishing the infamous “golden crescent”. Functional, cozy and efficient, this 400 square foot fishing cottage boasts a double bed, a bunk bed, a bathroom with stand up shower and an efficiency kitchen complete with microwave, refrigerator and a gas stove. Dock your boat and/or fish off the dock of the famous “Taylor boathouse”. Or head to one of the many waterfront towns in the area such as Clayton or Sacketts Harbor to explore and dine.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

In the winter, cozy up by the woodstove in the living room and catch up on your favorite TV shows.

Nestled in the picturesque Chaumont Bay, our cozy retreat is one of five cottages that provide direct access to the frozen waters, allowing you to step right out onto the ice for an unforgettable fishing experience. Whether you're here visiting the area, or looking to try your hand at fishing, this cabin in Chaumont Bay is your perfect base for adventure.

Tiny Hideaway - Cozy Waterfront Escape

The tiny hideaway is an adorable tiny camp (might have to duck if you are over 5feet 11 in doorway and bathroom) on Chaumont bay. Year round camp. It’s great for a small family or a get away for a couple. Great private water front to enjoy with a dock. Bring drinking water as it’s on a shore well and is not drinkable. ICE FISHERMAN: I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp. Most guest access at long pt 1.5 down the road.
