Hot tub. bedroom1-King size bed, bedroom2-single bunks and double sofa bed in the living area. Open plan kitchen/Living area with light and airy feel. Beautiful log burner for cozy nights in by the fire after you’ve taken a dip in the log fired hot tub. Perfect for a relaxing time away for couples/family/girls trip!

Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. Quiet village location, with on-site free secure CCTV parking, close to motorways and places of interest. Short driving distance of Leeds and the historic city of York. South Milford train station just a 2 minutes drive. Our location is suitable for both business and pleasure. Close by; we have Fairburn Ings, Xcape/ Junction 32 shopping outlet and Sherburn Aero Club.

The annex is a 5minute walk from the village of Hambleton where there are two local pubs one of which has an excellent all day menu.
