Owl Nest is located next to our home with its own secure contained yard. It is situated on two and a half acres of landscaped gardens. Enjoy a private setting with abundant local wildlife greeting you as you sit back on your private deck enjoying a fresh brewed coffee or drink. I have provided many additional items to enable a pleasant stay and Im happy for you to bring your house trained dog. However I need to know if you bring pets, bring their bedding along. Additional cleaning fee applies .

Our guest studio is an Adults Only space that accommodates 2 people with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, plenty of storage for luggage, a comfortable sitting area, tea/coffee making facilities, private courtyard, BBQ, and kitchenette. Wide open spaces with stunning views from this bed and breakfast style studio, just 10 minutes on tarred road from Milton. There is plenty to do, from exploring the property, checking out Milton's cafes, boutiques, restaurants and venues, to enjoying beautiful local walks and surfing or just hanging at the beach. There is something for everybody here. The Studio has a kitchenette. Cooking facilities include a single induction hot plate, microwave, Weber Barbecue and mini fridge.

The space features high quality finishes throughout. The generous bathroom has a stone bath, separate double shower and underfloor heating. Outside there is a large deck with sun lounges, fire pit and outdoor shower. This beautiful accommodation is just 2 minutes drive to Milton town and 5 min to Mollymook beach.
