Set back from bustle of Brunswick Street, unwind on the private terrace after a day of exploring & feed the friendly rainbow lorikeets named Claude & Maude. My partner and I lived in this beautiful apartment for 8 years and we love sharing this special place with guests. Located in Montmorency a little hideaway. Nestled close to the main strip of shops everything is close by. The station is a 4 minute walk away and three local cafes along the way. On the Hurstbridge line you can get to Flinder Street in 45 minutes. A fully stocked kitchen with all the equipment you would need and if you don't feel like cooking there are many restaurants nearby you can dine in or takeaway. The bedroom has a double bed, ample storage, side table and light.
