Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. Es ist komplett dein Apartment für deinen Aufenthalt. Bitte gehe mit dem Apartment wie mit denn Nachbarn Respekt voll und ruhig um. Das Apartment ist ein Nichtraucher Apartment und es sind keine Partys gestattet. Ich lebe im selben Haus gegenüber und bin immer zu erreichen, wenn es fragen oder Probleme geben sollte. Mein Zuhause ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, die zentral gelegen ist und vor 5 Jahren komplett renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, weiteren Küchengeräten uvm. Sie liegt an einem Park mit Teich und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, was sie noch schöner und heller macht! Den Sonnenuntergang sieht man täglich wunderschön vom Wohnzimmer & Balkon aus. Vor kurzem haben wir für das Wohnzimmer einen neuen TV und einen Teppich gekauft!

Welcome to our cozy apartment in the heart of one of the best districts in Berlin, Kreuzberg. Surrounded by great restaurants, you will live cozy and quite. You will have a private entrance, a private bathroom and a spacious room with a queen sized bed. You will have more than enough storage. The place has no kitchen, but there is the best restaurants right downstairs. Important: It is 5th floor so a lot of stairs. Not recommend if you have have trouble walking up stairs.

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

The apartment is located in a quiet location in Tempelhof-Schöneberg with parking spaces in front of the door. Public transport is just a 3 to 6 minutes' walk away. There is also a microwave, refrigerator, stove, plates and cutlery at your disposal. Shops are within a 5-minute walk away

We are renting a furnished studio in the attic of our family home: 2 rooms, a private bathroom and kitchen (kitchen is part of the living room, no oven). The studio is located on the 3rd floor of the house and accessible by using a staircase shared with the 2 hosts.
