My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. Die Bauweise entspricht einem kleinen Bungalow (28 qm). In der Umgebung gibt es kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze, vor dem Studio befinden sich 2 E-Ladestationen. Direkte Parklage, etwa 180 m zum Ufer. Das Studio wird nach jedem Besuch gründlich gereinigt, die Oberfächen desinfiziert. Check in/out per Schlüsselbox.

Bücherhäuschen am Bergwitzsee

Unser Ferienhaus befindet sich 12 km südlich der Lutherstadt Wittenberg. Das alte, circa 90 m2 grosse Haus wurde von uns liebevoll renoviert und der Charakter dabei weitgehend erhalten. In der unteren Etage befinden sich eine Wohnküche mit Sitzmöglichkeit für 6 Personen, ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein Wohnzimmer, in der oberen Etage zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette. Das Haus befindet sich auf dem gleichen Grundstück wie unser Wohnhaus, so dass wir bei Fragen zur Verfügung stehen.

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Hier ist der richtige Ort zum Lesen, Schreiben, Meditieren, Kochen, zum Sternegucken, Pilzesammeln (Dörrautomat vorhanden) Hühnerfüttern, für Lagerfeuer, Waldspaziergänge und Tierbeobachtungen. Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.
