The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. Within our village, there are 3 lovely pubs serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and the Co-op store is within 2 minutes.

Lots of fun things to do on the park as well as a perfect location for local attractions such as Tattershall Castle. As we are privately owned, you are not forced to buy the park's entertainment passes, although we can obtain them for you at cost price from the park.
