The apartment is located in the charming Veeriku area, a blend of 90s family houses and modern apartments. It’s conveniently close to a main road leading to Tallinn, and just 500 meters away is Lõunakeskus, the largest shopping center in South Estonia. The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.
